Our 2020 Flow Mach 200 waterjet cuts virtually any material including steel, titanium, aluminum, glass, composites, and ceramics, up to 6 inches thick. With 5-axis capability, we cut angled edges and complex 3D shapes without heat-affected zones or material distortion.
Our welding shop handles MIG, TIG, spot welding, micro welding, soldering, and brazing, all in accordance with MIL-STD-2219. From structural weldments to delicate electronic assemblies, we have the equipment and expertise for the job.
Our sheet metal department handles forming, bending, rolling, and shearing for enclosures, brackets, housings, and structural components. From single prototypes to production runs, we deliver precision-formed parts to your specifications.
Every part that leaves our shop is verified against specifications. Our inspection lab features a 2023 Mitutoyo MiSTAR 555 CMM, digital optical comparator, and a full suite of precision measurement tools, all calibrated annually and traceable to NIST.
